Peter Andre and his fiancée, trainee doctor Emily MacDonagh, have announced their support for Public Health England's seasonal flu campaign, which encourages parents of 2-4 year olds to get their children vaccinated with a nasal spray.

MacDonagh, who gave birth to their daughter Amelia in January, commented 'As a medical student and new mum, I can't emphasise enough the importance of the flu vaccinations, particularly for young children, pregnant women and those with long-term health conditions. Many pregnant women don't know how important the flu vaccine is; it minimises the risk of complications and your child carries immunity with them once they're born'.
